Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All guides, eBooks, templates, checklists, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically immediately after payment. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital purchases.

Exceptions

We are committed to providing a great customer experience. If you experience any of the following:

• You did not receive your download link.

• Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• You experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase.

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
